First, we will need your name and contact information this includes your phone number and your email. We try our best not to have any extra fees for any of our customers. But we want to make sure that everything goes smoothly. Getting you to your event is something that we aim to do always. So, we ask that you also be ready when we arrive to pick you up.

There is an extra fee of $25 for every fifteen minutes you are late. An initial fifteen is not counted against you, but at thirty minutes we start charging the late fee. In addition, we understand that sometimes things happen and you may need to cancel. We ask that you cancel at least 2 hours before the time selected for pick-up. If you call to cancel anytime in less than two hours, then a fee of $75 will be charged.
