Amazing customer service and exciting experience! We recently used ABBA for our wedding and rented one of their beautiful limos and a party bus! Both vehicles were beautiful, spacious and so much fun to ride in! The drivers we had were very friendly as well. I would highly recommend!
From the jump, Alyssa was extremely thorough in booking and made everything so easy for our trip. Our driver arrived 15 minutes ahead of schedule which was great and was very friendly to our group.
We needed their services to get 15-20 of our family members to an out of town cemetery after a local service. They made the day so much easier and allowed the family to stay together the entire day. The bus was very well kept and very clean. Ask communications with the office before hand we easy and thorough. Highly recommend.
We needed a minibus rental but did not have time to spare. I Googled "chartered transportation" and CharterUP was the first option, which I would NOT recommend due to their surcharge. CharterUP is a call center that connects you to various local businesses. A billing anomaly occurred with CharterUP the following day. I was on the phone with CharterUP for one hour to no avail. After speaking with four CharterUP representatives one confirmed the local business we worked with on the day, which was ABBA Transportation. I located ABBA’s contact information online and had the pleasure of speaking with Lisa who was a delight. She resolved my issue with CharterUP quickly. Our ABBA Transportation driver was great on the day and the minibus presentation was nice on all regards. Next time I will skip the intermediary, CharterUP, and work directly with ABBA Transportation! Lisa and Team, Thank you for everything.
These guys are great! I booked a 1 way pickup with Admirals for my daughter. She was at a concert at the Toyota Center, and we decided we would rather have a professional driver instead of an Uber. We called to ensure my daughter would be able to find the car. The man I spoke with was extremely rude and completely inconsiderate. He even asked if my teenage daughter would walk to the Four Seasons, which is blocks away! I canceled and called ABBA. The lady that took care of me was very kind and sensitive to my situation. She scheduled a female driver for my daughter and made sure they could find each other by giving us the license plate. The driver was able to find my daughter and bring her home safely. ABBA is HIGHLY recommended!
See below for my thoughts from last year ... this year was even better! Rubio, our driver, was as kind, reliable, safe, and flexible as they come--our students loved him and asked for a group photo with him at the end! We had a complicated itinerary this year but he handled it seamlessly. Not sure what some of these negative reviews are about; we have been thoroughly satisfied with and appreciative of ABBA twice now. Can't wait to work with y'all again next year!
This service was top-notch. I traveled to Houston for a week with a group of college students and we rode with ABBA all over the city. Our driver, Moises, was outstanding--timely, reliable, safe, kind, and flexible (our itinerary changed a few times on the fly and he was always so patient and accommodating for us in both time and location). Malak and Alyssa coordinated the service and were great to work with as well. We will definitely use ABBA again on future visits!
We only ask our clients to tip our drivers if they have done an excellent job. We know that you have many different choices when it comes to reserving a luxury sedan, limousine, van, or shuttle bus. That is why we put such an emphasis on customer service, as you can see from these testimonials.
