Below you will find our billing policies:

• We operate on a 30-day billing cycle. All corporate accounts will be billed on the first of the month, by email. The balance is due within fifteen days. All overdue accounts will incur a 15% late fee.
• There are NO additional fees for baggage handling—this is included for free in our service.
• There are NO fees for cancellations made at least two hours before the scheduled pick up time.
• A charge of $65.00 will be made when a service is canceled less than two hours before pickup or at the time of pickup.
• For every hour of wait time, there is a $50.00 fee.
• A charge of $20.00 will be added for each extra stop added to a transfer.
• We can provide hourly rates, upon request.
